How Membership Booking Works

• Online booking is intentionally limited.

• Prime appointment times (evenings, weekends, and high-demand slots) are reserved for members.

• Members may request priority appointment times beyond the public booking window by texting the shop.

• Non-members may book available appointments shown on the public calendar.

MEMBERSHIP RULES

1. Booking & Priority Access

Members receive priority booking access, including access to prime appointment times not available through public online booking. Priority access does not guarantee availability at all times.

2. Scheduling Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are accommodated only if availability allows.

3. No Rollovers

Unused visits do not carry over to the following month.

4. Non-Transferable & Personal Use Only

Memberships are assigned to one individual and may not be shared.

5. Missed Appointments & Misuse

Missed appointments, excessive cancellations, or misuse of membership benefits may result in forfeited visits or suspension without refund.

6. Unlimited Membership Limits

Unlimited memberships are limited to a maximum of two (2) visits per week.

7. Membership Validity

Memberships are valid for one calendar month and renew automatically unless canceled at least three (3) days before renewal.

8. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

9. Cancellation

Memberships may be canceled at any time. No refunds are issued for unused time within the current billing cycle.

10. Changes to Terms

Terms or pricing may be updated with notice. Active memberships are honored through the current billing cycle.
