1. Membership Validity:

The membership is valid for one calendar month from the purchase date. Renewal is automatic unless canceled 3 days before the expiration date.

2. Non-Transferable & Personal Use Only:

Memberships are assigned to an individual and cannot be shared or transferred.

3. No Rollovers:

Haircuts not used during the month will not carry over to the next month.

4. Refund Policy:

Membership fees are non-refundable once paid, except in cases of service unavailability caused by the business.

5. Scheduling Appointments:

All haircuts must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

6. Membership Misuse:

Misuse, including attempts to share the membership or excessive cancellations, may result in suspension or termination without a refund.

7. Membership Benefits:

Members receive priority booking and exclusive access to special promotions or discounts.

8. Changes to Terms:

THIRD AVENUE BARBER CLUB reserves the right to update pricing or terms with 30 days’ notice. Existing memberships will not be affected until renewal.

9. Cancellation:

Members may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current month.
