Membership
1. Membership Validity:
The membership is valid for one calendar month from the purchase date. Renewal is automatic unless canceled 3 days before the expiration date.
2. Plan Details:
BEARD PLANS AVAILABLE AS WELL
Groomed Buzz Cut Plan ($60): Includes 2 per month.
Groomed Hair Cut Plan ($90): Includes 2 per month.
Groomed Skin Fade Plan ($110): Includes 2 per month.
Refined Buzz Cuts ($100): Enjoy unlimited buzz cuts per month (maximum 2 per week).
Refined Hair Cuts ($140): Enjoy unlimited haircuts per month (maximum 2 per week).
Refined Skin Fades ($180): Enjoy unlimited skin fades per month (maximum 2 per week).
3. Non-Transferable & Personal Use Only:
Memberships are assigned to an individual and cannot be shared or transferred.
4. No Rollovers:
Haircuts not used during the month will not carry over to the next month.
5. Refund Policy:
Membership fees are non-refundable once paid, except in cases of service unavailability caused by the business.
6. Scheduling Appointments:
All haircuts must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
7. Membership Misuse:
Misuse, including attempts to share the membership or excessive cancellations, may result in suspension or termination without a refund.
8. Membership Benefits:
Members receive priority booking and exclusive access to special promotions or discounts.
9. Changes to Terms:
THIRD AVENUE BARBER CLUB reserves the right to update pricing or terms with 30 days’ notice. Existing memberships will not be affected until renewal.
10. Cancellation:
Members may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current month.
Referral Program
We value your referrals at Third Avenue Barber Club, so we now offer two ways to save. Bring one friend for an instant reward—or bring two in the same month for a major bonus. Our referral program rewards both The Referrer and The Referred. For every new person you refer, you’ll receive a recurring discount for your service. While discounts can't be combined, you'll enjoy a discount each time someone new visits us.
Terms & Conditions
Both The Referrer and The Referred must complete their service on the same day within one hour of each other in order to qualify for the discount. For the 50 % reward, the two referrals simply need to complete their first services in the same calendar month.
Incentives
1) When you refer a new guest and you both book within one hour of each other, you each receive 20 % off that visit.
2) New guests who sign up for a membership receive 20 % off their first month.
3) When your second referral checks out in the same calendar month, you earn 50 % off your next service.
Limitations
Discount Rule for Haircuts
Only one 20% discount can be applied to each haircut per visit. Customers cannot combine multiple discounts. The 50 % reward cannot be combined with any other discount or membership benefit and may be used once per calendar month.
Membership
Existing members receive 20 % off their next month’s fee after 1 referral, and 50 % off one month’s fee after 2 referrals in the same calendar month (one reward per month, no stacking).
Referral rewards do not stack with any other promotions; the larger applicable discount will be applied.
DISCOUNTS

College students with a valid student ID can enjoy 10% off of Casual or Groomed services.
NYPD and FDNY personnel are eligible for a 20% discount with an official ID or badge.
These discounts are available year-round and apply to individual services or memberships (excluding retail products).
Please note that discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. Show your ID at your next visit to take advantage of these savings!
